Asset Engineering Services was selected to invigorate the engineering and asset management functions within the business as well as supporting TSF in their tender re-bid of the Ferry Services RFT.

Asset Engineering Services was selected to invigorate the engineering and asset management functions within the business by developing and documenting key artefacts listed in the deliverables below.

Further, we supported TSF in their tender re-bid of the Ferry Services RFT, issued on the 20 August 2018. This required analysis, developing Management Plans and other documentation for submission.

Deliverables / Outcomes:

Asset Engineering Services was engaged to provide the following services:

  • Develop Asset Management Plan
  • Perform Vessel KPI Analysis and Reporting
  • Undertake a detailed TMP Review for Emerald Class vessels
  • Prepare the TSF 10-year Annual Works Plan
  • Produce Risk Register for the business
  • Support re-tender process for the Ferry Services RFT released on 20 August 2018, specifically Returnable Schedule C4 – Asset Management and Safety
