Across Government Facilities Management Arrangements (AGFMA) is a South Australian Government facilities management service provided to maintain, manage and improve government building assets, applied to 47 Government Agencies.

Asset Engineering Services was selected to invigorate the engineering and asset management functions within the business as well as supporting TSF in their tender re-bid of the Ferry Services RFT.

City Rail Link is a game-changer for Auckland. It’s the largest transport infrastructure project ever to be undertaken in New Zealand. It allows the rail network to at least double rail capacity, with growth statistics suggesting that by 2035, CRL stations will need to cope with 54,000 passengers an hour at peak travel times.

Asset Engineering Services embarked upon a significant Organisational Change Management program to develop culture and follow a RoadMap to realising the strategic benefits of moving to effective longer-term engineering practices, processes and systems.

Asset Engineering Services worked to build business capability and improve vessel reliability by developing a comprehensive, tailored Ship Improvement Program of Works.

Inland Rail is a $10 billion investment in moving freight through and inland corridor between Melbourne and Brisbane to avoid metropolitan bottlenecks. The section from Kagaru to Gowrie requires a $5 billion investment for its design and construct elements due to its geographic and technical complexity.

In December 2020, Ventia was awarded the Sydney Roads Asset Performance (SRAP) Contract by Transport for NSW (TfNSW) for the Parklands zone over a 9-year term, commencing July 2021.

The MBF contract value, circa AU $2.3 billion, encompasses the operation of 5 depots and 531 buses, and accounts for 30% of Melbourne’s bus network.
